Over the last 2 weeks this is the work that I have achieved.

I started off with creating a clearly understandable level layout map illustration with the main objectives of Macbeth in our game.

I then created a basic unreal scene in the layout of the map illustration I made this available to all the team via google drive.

I also made sure that our style guide was finalised, split into two halves.

I made sure that everyone in the group could access Google drive and edit the files, and did the same thing with the blog, adding them as contributors so they won't have to use the same login as me hopefully. I also spent a fair amount of time putting together the presentation for Monday 07/03/2016 wich you can see here or on the specific blog post.

I have also researched some door blueprints, both with a key to open it and just a trigger volume but I am yet to implement it onto the level. This should hopefully be done for the benchmark on the 21st march. I spent a few days trying to work out how to implement cardinal movement but Mike Pickton was able to help me by showing me where to set up a new axis of movement and how it needed to be set up in the character animation blueprint. To stop the character from walking off the level at the front of the screen I need to put some collision planes in to work as player boundaries.

I have also researched some door blueprints, both kith a key to open it and just a trigger volume but I am yet to implement it onto the level. This should hopefully be done for the benchmark on the 21st march.

This is the start of a mood board for Scottish castles from the 11th century; it will be my main source of inspiration for concepting the windows, doors and walls etc. to flesh out the castle area of the level.
